Advice on pre-treatment on powder coating
I have recently started up a small powder coating department within my steel fabrication company and would like to know what the best manual degreaser and pre-treatment to use on aluminium and what guarantee can I give to my customers on the life of the powder coating.
Many thanks,

Hi Eathan,
The best pretreatment scenario for aluminum is to apply a chromate conversion coating. Without knowing the details of your setup or its limitations, I will leave you with that generic process.
As for the life of the powder coating, you should consult your powder coating supplier.
