Protective jewelry coating

RFQ: I need information on a shop who I can contact to do specialty clear coating for Damascus Steel jewelry to prevent rust and breakdown that is non reactive to skin, that is not a gold or silver plate. We want to preserve the actual look of the damascus steel yet make it wearable art.
