I WANT TO KNOW IF VALVE COVER ON THE ENGINES CAN BE CHROME PLATE, ALSO ALTERNATOR AND different PARTS OF THE ENGINE EXPOSES TO HIGH HEAT.

Certainly. Motorcycle exhaust systems, which are much hotter than the components you mentioned, are often chrome plated.
