Stainless Steel 304L properties

What are the physical properties of Stainless Steel 304L. I need to expose trays, 3 mm gage, to a 250 °C for 1 hour cycle. Does the material hold that range of temperature?

Yes, stainless steel Type 304L can easily handle this temperature.
