SURFACE FINISH OF ALUMINUM ALLOY PISTON
WE MANUFACTURE ALUMINUM ALLOY PISTONS(12 TO 18% SILICON). AFTER HEAT TREATMENT THE CASTED SURFACE FINISH BECOMES DULL AND TENDS REFLECT DIE MARKS. WE REQUIRE SURFACE TREATMENT WHICH CAN GIVE AN EFFECT BETWEEN SHOT AND SAND BLASTING.

Could use some more information like are you looking to achieve a specific RMS or just remove the discoloration? Also, volume information would be helpfully in determining the most cost effective method and/or can you afford new processing equipment.
