How to put the bling back in chrome

I have a 95 Suzuki GSXR and want to polish the chrome frame....what can I use to get that shine back and get rid of what looks like water spots on it? Is it too far gone?

Give your frame a good hard polish all over. Any marks, spots, blemishes or stains still left , are there to stay, pal! The only possibility from there is to take it to a reputable chrome shop and pay anything from 600 dollars and upward to have it stripped, polished and triple plated. At a guess, I would say, 100 to strip, 200 to polish, 300 to plate. That's 600 dollars cash please, and that's cheap!

Good luck,
