Teflon for molding

I am molding rubber using an oven. Does any one know about a teflon paint that can be applied on the molds so the rubber does not stick? Reference: an egg-frying pan.

Thanks,

Hola Humberto.

Puedes encontrar varios tipos de recubrimeintos con fluoracarbonos que te pueden ayudar en tu proceso de moldeo de piezas de goma. Tienes que buscar un aplicador y el te guiará en la elección de recubrimiento más adecuado.

Hello Humberto,

There are several fluorinated coatings than can help your molded rubber process. You must to look for a "teflon" coater that will suggest you the best coating for your process.

We have been doing Teflon coating for about 10 years on rubber molds with great success. You need to contact the nearest Dupont office or check the Dupont website for the nearest licensed industrial applicator.

In case you need more details you can contact me.

Hope this helps.

Dear Humberto,

Mr.Singh and Mr.Jordi had given a right way to do the things, follow the non stick or mould release coater near your location. I am supplying the PTFE, FEP and other fluoropolymer resin based finishes for the same applications in India successfully.

Wish you all the best.
