Conductive paint for RF shielding

We are designing a vhf radio. For RF shielding we use milled aluminum enclosures, but the weight is a constraint . What conductive paint should I use on what plastic to achieve similar RF shielding?

There is a lot of exciting stuff going on with Inherently Conducting Polymers (ICP's) and these may meet your needs. It is possible to get polymers that have conductances ranging between a total insulator and that of some metals.

I am also looking for a conductive paint for a plastic enclosure to surpress EMI and EMC.

I would like to know about conductive paints that can be applied over Mild steel sheet or Plastic sheet which will give similar performance (lesser is also ok) of aluminium sheets for RF applications

Y-shield HSF54 is pretty good, it offers consistent attenuation and resistivity than most paints I've come across if you need to consider weight.
