TT-P-1757 types
2003
Hello,
I'm trying to find TT-P-1757
[on DLA]
type 2 class C? Do you know what the difference is between Type 1 and Type 2 class C? So far all I can find is type 1 bulk or type 2 Spray but not with the class C.
Thank You,

Brian, have you gotten a copy of TT-P-1757 yet? It's at http://assist2.daps.dla.mil/quicksearch/, and fill in the "TT-P-1757" in the top box. You'll notice that it says Type I - Volatile content consists of non-photochemically reactive solvents Type II - Volatile organic compound (VOC) content less than or equal to 340 grams/liter (gm/l) (2.8 lb./gal) and that Class C refers to Chromate based corrosion-inhibitors. The Qualified Products List has long been cancelled, so you'll have to call around to find out who makes what. But at least having the spec may help. Good luck!
