Spharelite crystals can be physically broken using a vibro energy mill (as Sweco M45-L),then it can be leached with sulfuric acid. sulfur will be separated in its elemental state. Then solution must be purified from iron, lead, silver, copper, cobalt, cadmium, thallium, as in any refinery.
