Chromed fenders and gas tank on a Harley?

I was thinking about going crazy with a Harley that I was thinking about buying. My idea was to chrome the fenders, gas tank, and frame. Chromed frames are common, but I haven't seen chrome fenders and gas tank. How much would this cost, where could I get it done, and is it even worth the trouble. I was just curious so your insight would help me better decide.

I am not a biker but I am a chrome enthusiast, so yes, I've noticed chromed gas tanks. Chromed fenders should be no problem either. The bike I remember had a matte black frame and engine, with chrome tank and fenders and it looked different.

Hello

Yes I have seen and my friend has a chromed out Fatboy. Looks incredibly bright. It is chrome with chrome spikes all over it. So this has been done; the tank and fenders cost him a total of just over 700 dollars. This was about 4 years ago. Only problem is it pits and if you look closely you can see the wear of the bike.
