Magnetism of electroplating processes
Will electroplating magnetize a watch in any way. Does it effect an electric watch?

I'm guessing that you are talking about brush plating in this context. I don't believe it will magnetize a watch or affect an electric watch as a rule. But any time you put a magnetic material in the vicinity of a magnet or an electric current there is always some potential of magnetizing it; if there wasn't, it wouldn't be possible to build a magnet or an electric motor.
