I'm facing problem in lab testing please give me a detail lab test procedure.

Mr. Zia, please start by telling us who you are, what your company does, what procedures you are presently using, and what problems you are facing in using those procedures. Nobody is likely to undertake an hour assignment, for free, for a stranger, who has taken 5 seconds to post a hugely broad question, and who has made no effort to help anyone else learn from their experience--especially when their reward for spending that hour will most likely be another 5-second response: "That's what we already tried and it didn't work." :-)

Firstly, what is your problem? Secondly, have you carried out the analytical procedures given by your supplier? Thirdly, what equipment do you have for analysis? Fourthly, what is your bath specification and comopsition? No-one can help you unless you tell them the facts.
