Looking for low gloss field applied exterior polyurethane
We are looking for a low sheen 2 component polyurethane for painting aged exterior factory coated extruded aluminum window frames on site. The frames currently have a baked on finish that is fading and very chalked. The acrylic aliphatic polyurethanes we have tested have a high gloss which is not aesthetically acceptable. We require a coating that will perform for at least 10 years.
Thanks

Andrew, you may consider using a catalyzed acrylic poly-urethane for this purpose. Most acrylics have a semigloss finish and a high UV resistance when properly applied/ Please contact me for further info or recommendation.
