Rotational molding mold release

We are having a problem when we mold foam parts.

The parts don't release from the mold after 10-15 cycles, and if we treat our molds every day we get built up and burned parts. Is there a mold release that will work for this.

I have good experience with coating our mold inserts with electroless nickel + PTFE.
