PRIMER ON CEMENT STATUARY
DO WE NEED TO PUT SOME KIND OF PRIMER ON CEMENT STATUARY BEFORE WE PAINT. BECAUSE THE ONES I HAVE PAINTED WITH ACRYLIC PAINT , IT EVENTUALLY COMES OFF.

First, you need to find a paint that is specifically designed for concrete patios. There are single component paints that will do nicely if there is not excessive wear as on a garage floor where the wheels will be cornering. There are superior, two part polyurethane paints, for heavy wear that are fantastic. Yup, a lot more expensive and a lot harder to properly put down.
Finally, before paint, you need to etch the concrete with acid, rinse it extremely well and dry it very well and then paint.
