Electroplating Silver - Formulas
I am electroplating silver, which has been evaporated onto silicon. On top of the Silver is Photoresist, so when I electroplate into the holes of the photoresist, I get posts after I develop the Photoresist. I am wondering, what kind of Anode/solution do I need to electroplate Silver? Right now I'm going to use 1025 Silver Bath from Technic if I get no response
I would also like to know what formulas to use to calculate the thickness of the deposit of silver (aka how much current is needed).

Hi, John.
Faraday's Law: you will deposit one gram equivalent weight of silver for each 96,000 ampere-seconds you apply. Good luck with the project.
