Paint or powder coating for outside use -- Kynar
I need any help you can give me on applying Kynar paint or a paint or powder with a very good long lasting reputation for outside use no fading, chalking or peeling.

There are three powder coating chemistries suitable for what you are asking for. Each has its ups and downs explained below.
Polyester/Urethane: (Aliphatic) Excellent UV resistance, limited chemical/corrosion resistance. Widely used, readily and economically available.
Polyester/TGIC: Provides the best of both worlds in terms of Polyurethane UV resistance and Epoxy chemical/corrosion resistance. Widely used in the US. Readily and economically available.
GMA Acrylic: The ultimate in color/gloss retention in excessive UV exposure. Usually provide excellent hardness and smooth surface. Drawbacks include price premium due to manufacturing and application incompatibility, and minimal film flexibility.
