Dacro: D2008 Grade 1, what is it and how is it applied?

We are currently working on a quotation (95,000 pieces/year) that has a surface treatment requirement of "Dacro Coating: D2008 Grade 1." The steel raw material is AISI-1075 and the part requires a heat treatment of (HRA 72-77). Any information you could give us along with any EPA ramifications of Dacro coating would be helpful. Our company is a custom manufacturer with zinc plating and powder coating capabilities however, we are not familiar with the Dacro process.

"Dacro Coating: D2008 Grade 1." is subjected to Honda Engineering Standard (HES). You must contact with your costumer and request for it's requirement.
