Hexavalent chromium free treatment on ZAMAC
Q. We are major supplier of the automotive industries (lock- technology). Due to the fact that we still have a massive diecasting volume, we are looking for an alternative treatment to replace the hexavalent chromium on "ZAMAC" which is the main substrate we are working with. We also have heard about the "Collinox" but it is not easy to get more detailed information about this method/supplier and application. We are very interested to get as much information as possible about this.

You may want to look at PreKote Surface pretreatment as a possible alternative to hexavalent chromium.

Hi, Oliver.
Collinox is a trade name of the Collini Group, having 13 locations in Europe. Good luck.
