Exactly how to electroless nickel on silicon: substrates, process, chemicals, timings

Q. How to deposit nickel electrolessly on a silicon substrate. I need to know the whole process along with the chemicals and the timings.

Thanks,

A. Hello Mr. Abhishek. Unfortunately, what you are asking for fills whole books! Here are two such books as a start: Chemical (Electroless) Nickel Plating, by G.G. Gawrilov and "Electroless Plating - Fundamentals & Applications" by Mallory & Hajdu [on eBay , Amazon, or AbeBooks affil links] .

You probably need to learn a bit about electroplating and then ask some specific questions. Good luck.
