Blisters on the galvanized surface
Sir,
We are involved in the galvanizing of steel parts to be used in the construction industry. The surface of the steel part after being galvanized becomes very rough. Some we find very heavy blisters on the surface. What may be the probable reason.

Hi Ali,
First of all - keep your system as clean as possible. Another possibility might be the course of a bad pretreatment process. How do your process cycle anyway?
