I AM INTERESTED IN SETTING UP IN HOUSE TESTING FOR OUR CHEM FILM PROCESS TO MIL-C-5541. WHAT DO I NEED AND IS THERE A MACHINE THAT WILL DO THE TESTING AUTOMATICALLY.

Salt Spray Testing per ASTM ASTM B117 - Monthly 5 panels 0.020 x 3 x 10" at 6 Degrees for 168 Hours

Adhesion (if applicable) - Monthly

Visual - Every Lot

Nothing here is automatic, and you need to look after/document the salt spray unit twice a day.
