Painting over powder coating

I am in need of advise as to painting over a powder coating surface. Which types of paints work well such as lacquer or acrylic enamel etc. Powders don't come in enough color plated to cover all applications. Any help on preping and painting?

Thanks

Mike,

First sanding the powdercoating with sandpaper wet or dry 240. Than cleaning with a solvent. Use a primer and a topcoat paint. For inside you can paint directly the topcoat on the sanding powdercat.

Good luck
