Neutralize muratic acid after the job is done

Whats the best way to neutralize the muratic acid after it has done the job?

Bicarbonate of soda from a chemical vendor. Probably will come in a 50 lb sack. Spread this with a hand grass seed spreader and then flush with lots and lots of water.
