Standards for powder coating and anodizing?

Hi, I have 2 short questions. Please advise. 1. Are there any international standards that govern powder coating and anodizing on various metal surfaces? 2. Who are the leaders in powder coating and anodizing? Thank you for your attention.

Regards,

Yes, there are all sorts of international standards on these topics: U.S. Mil standards, British standards, ASTM, ASM, ISO, JIS, SAE, DIN...and the list goes on.

'Leaders'? The largest suppliers of equipment? The largest suppliers of chemicals? The largest jobshops doing the processes? The executive directors of the trade groups and professional societies? The principal authors?

Please don't do us the favor of short questions, Mr. Choon Keong and other readers :-)

In the first place, short questions are invariably--well, somebody has to say it--boring. In the second place, because few words are spent putting restrictions on the information sought, the answers must be long, rambling, open, incomplete, and probably not what you are looking for anyway.
