Can we apply "Elctrodepositable Acrylic resin" coating to the glass fiber/epxoy cured articles?

Yes, if you make the glassfibre/epoxy electrically conducting. Use "plating on plastics" technology to do this.

Second point: IF it is electrically conduction, can it be baked at 130-170 °C after E-coating?
