Acid copper tank construction
Looking at building an acid copper bath around one cubic metre as trial for plating base coat over conductive coatings. I need any relevant info and possible problems I may encounter.

Hi Mark,
I don't quite understand your question ... you want to build an acid copper tank ...? A tank for plating copper or, heavens forbid, a tank made out of copper?
Seeing that it is a very small tank, please consider any rotationally moulded (Engel process) Polyethylene tank. Available, surely, to 200 imp/gal. sizing in Oz and over here to 500 gal, ie. rectangular, open top. Temperature limitation is about l50 degr. F continuous.
Failing that, a fabricated tank would cost MORE even if made of unpainted mild steel.
