Question concerning chromium in the urine

I was found to have chromium in my urine sample . I work with the production of drywall, and all chemicals used for the different type boards such as vermiculite, aqualite and fiberglass along with stucco compounds. How could it show up in my urine?

I serviced a very small aluminum chromate line at a very large conglomerate on the edge of the Chesapeake Bay. The municipality was after us to get rid of 5 ppm Chromium however, our small chromate line was ZERO discharge !

After some time I pulled a sample of sample the incoming drinking water, there was the chromium ! The city who gave us 5 ppm still required us to remove the 5 ppm just because we had chromium in the building.

With all the plating and chromating from Kissimee to Jacksonville, I would like to see an AA for chromium on the St Johns River water. That is a very dirty river.
