Treating copper
I'm making a trellis out of copper and I want to have a tarnished look to it. Is there a product out there that can "age" the copper?

I was told to spray on ammonia ⇦ this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] and then spray on vinegar ⇦in bulk on eBay or Amazon [affil links] and it will speed the tarnish look. OR if you didn't want to, then to spray with clear acrylic paint.

I assume the ammonia is supposed to dry before applying the vinegar? It is dangerous to mix acids, even mild acids like vinegar, with ammonia to my understanding.
