STAINLESS STEEL CLEANING
Dear Experts:
What is the best environmental/user friendly chemical to clean off the "greasy film" off stainless sheets? We need to clean off this greasy film before we laminate the stainless to plywood.
Thanks,

Probably a well designed alkaline cleaning system where you involve a quality vendor to call out the cleaning material to handle the specific grease that you have. Remember lots of rinses are cheaper to operate than a single rinse. Read Ted's article on rinsing at this site.
