Gun spitting problem in wet application

We are using electrostatic wet enameling for the ground coat of white wares. Mostly we face with the gun spitting problem in this system. We have changed hoses since, some of the hoses were kinked and there were accumulation of dried particles in the hoses. However we can not eliminate the problem. Also Booth, wet enamel tank and electrostatic guns are cleaned daily. I would like to know all possible reasons and remedies of gun spitting problem in order to find the exact source of problem by observing affected parameters.

Kenan Aybasi,

When you mean spitting is the same like dirty particles, I think on the next solutions: 1: Is the thinner the good one for the paint? 2:The paint particles good be too big [fallen off the milling process in the paint factory] 3; Use a filter off 120 micron on the outlet side off the pump system. 4 ; Put a filter off 50 micron on the and off the paint tube (close too the spraying gun.) 5;Dirty particles can be fall off from your conveyer. 6: Look at your air system filtration EU4.

Good Luck,
