It sounds to me like you are looking for something with the chemical formula H2O2. This is often used in teeth whitening systems and also in industrial applications. But to answer your question directly, go to your medicine cabinet and look for a bottle of hydrogen peroxide. Now you've found H2O2.

A chemistry teacher's trick question? The answer is Hydrogen peroxide, H2O2 (that's an 'oh'), Chemical Abstracts Service Registry # 7722-84-1. Other synonyms: Carbamide Peroxide; Hydrogen Dioxide; Peroxide; Hydroperoxide; Urea Peroxide.
Commonly used at 3 to 50 wt% concentration in aqueous solutions.
