Uneven Tin Lead Plated Metals

What is most probably the reasons on uneven finish plated surfaces? The exact cycle of our process is plating Cu-Ni-SnPb. I am in doubt that the problem may be between Nickel to SnPb plating. Our pre-treatment(cleaning process is good enough).

You have not included enough information for anyone to help. What type of problem are you calling uneven plating? What are some of the specific operating parameters of your plating and pretreatment processes?
