Copper Etch
Could there be possibly any chemicals that could be an alternative in etching copper rather than a combination of Phosporic Acid and Nitric acid? The copper thickness is only around 0.2 micron.

There are many choices for copper that thin. The easiest is sodium persulphate at ~1/2 lb/gal. w/ about 5% H2SO4. You could also use a peroxide/sulfuric solution. Both are easy to control.
