Need Information or MSDS for hydrogen chloride

My husband is a professional welder and works on fishing vessels. What kind of dangers are there in welding or repair of pipes with hydrogen chloride?

A copy of the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) can be found at www.poem.princeton.edu/MSDS/Hydrogen%20Chloride.pdf or contact one of the suppliers, for instance Praxair. Just glancing at the information shows the stuff to be EXTREMELY toxic.
