Fireplace paint
I need to paint over a damaged brass finish on my fireplace doors--what is available? I tried to find the answer on your website and it's very difficult.
thank you

Hello,
I am trying to paint over the brass frames on my fireplace doors. I tried the woodburning stove black paint and also used a heat gun
⇦ this on
eBay or
Amazon [affil links] to cure. but it still scrapes off pretty easy. is there another process that will work, different paint or a clearcoat that can be used?
thanks,
