Rust on chrome spoke wheels

I have some rust on my Chrome spoke wheels. I want to remove it the easiest way possible without damaging the underneath, What would be the best thing to use?.

I've had good luck with products containing oxalic acid this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] such as a home cleanser called Barkeepers Friend this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] . Works fine on my motorcycle.

There are products with the acid base (Nevr-Dull this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] , "The Must for Rust" from Krud Kutter [affil links]) and another way is to use aluminum foil (wadded up). I have had good results with the acid on the rust (half hour or so) followed with the aluminum foil.
