Anodizing 6061 T6 vs. T651




What affect will changing the temper condition for 6061 aluminum from T651 to T6 have on anodizing (sulfuric acid process, gold dye, hot water seal).

If you are anodizing using current density, you should see no difference in the anodizing response of the two tempers.
