EPOXY PAINT FINISH
I AM LOOKING FOR AN EPOXY PAINT THAT I CAN APPLY TO ALUMINUM TUBING (MATERIAL 3003). THE EPOXY MUST BE CHEMICAL RESISTANT AND CORROSIVE RESISTANT. I WOULD LIKE IT TO BE A ONE PART THING AND NON-TOXIC WITH A SEMI NICE FINISH, ANY THOUGHTS?

Hello,
Sounds like a tough order to fill. How do you determine what a semi-nice finish is, and when does your finish need to be non-toxic, after it's cured on the aluminum part?
A one-part epoxy (some manufacturers will supply the coating pre-thinned, others will leave you to do the reducing)that will have any type of durability needs to be baked, usually at temperatures ranging from 275-300 F.
Be aware that epoxy finishes should not be used on any exterior parts, they will chalk in the sunlight.
