Refinishing dirt bike gas tank
Q. Hi,
My son & I are restoring a dirt bike. It's time to paint the gas tank. We want to paint a graphic on the sides as well and cover it with a clear coat. What type of paint/s are best for this application? Any suggestions?

A. All paints will peel off plastic gas tanks within a short time. The gas causes it, that is why the color is molded in.
