How to Age Aluminum Sap Buckets
Wondering how to achieve and aged, antiqued, rustic, rusty look, on aluminum sap buckets? Is there a chemical that can be applied to speed the aging process? How long does the process usually take?
Thank-you for your assistance.

Try chlorine bleach ⇦ bleach/sodium hypochlorite in bulk on eBay or Amazon [affil links] , full strength. Takes about 8-12 hours. DO IT OUTDOORS! Before using the bucket, rinse thoroughly and be sure to scrub off the white powder that is left on the aluminum surface.
