Spray Pyrolysis Nozzles aren't giving uniform film
I'm looking for a spray nozzle for spray pyrolysis deposition. I'm looking to deposit small samples 1 cm in diameter. I have tried several nozzles but have not achieved a nice uniform film. Any suggestions?
Thanks,

Are you talking about thermal spray or flame spray or High Energy Plasma or dual arc or D-gun or what? "What equipment including current nozzle?" is required for anyone to answer your question. What metal are you spraying onto what substrate metal?
