Anodized surgical steel knives
I have a question about anodized metals, like say a chef's knife.Maybe a brand name like Global. Global's are forged and unforged one piece knives ,all silver in color. I was wondering how easy it might be too get a knife anodized. I know that the company (Global) itself doesn't offer this option.Their knives are made of surgical steel.
