Pickling Alloy-20 and Monel
2002
I am trying to locate a pickling solution for Inconel 600, Monel, Alloy 20, and Hastelloy 276. All of these are part of a system I am working on. I have found various recipes for individual alloys using HF, H2SO4, etc., but I am unsure of what would be appropriate for all of the alloys together. I will be running HF (~10%)through the system anyway, would that be enough alone?
Thank you for any assistance.
