Zinc plating process qualification

2002

Dear Sir,

Since there are various parameters that control the zinc plating process, I want to know the optimum settings.

Why does the plating on the internal surface is always inferior to the plating on the external surfaces. How can I overcome the problem?

Thank You,

Ashok Kataram

For starters, are you talking about cyanide zinc, alkaline non-cyanide, zinc chloride, or ammonia this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] ted acid zinc? Did you mix it yourself or is it proprietary? Barrel plating, rack plating, or continuous?

Electroplating is an operation where electrons are supplied to the surface of the part and reduce the ions in solution to metal. The plating is therefore controlled by the electricity flow, and electricity takes the path of least resistance.
