Are pans safe after removing Teflon?
When Teflon coated pans start to wear through and show the underlying pan's metal can the Teflon be removed and the pan used as a plain metal plan. If a stainless steal or aluminum pan has a Teflon coating and the coating is completely removed (sand-blasted?) is the pan safe to use?

Some people worry about aluminum poisoning, gentlemen; you'll see many threads here on that topic. Personally, I don't.
