Q. Hi, could anyone of you guys suggest me good project regarding continuous process improvement, which I am going to submit soon. Suggestions and reference sites are most welcome.

A. Hi, Vijay. Unless you have an arrangement with a shop to make this project "real", it is going to have to be a fictional, invented study, or you are going to have to align with a shop later. So a project which is very general is probably better than one which is narrow and esoteric because you'll have a hard time finding a shop that can use it.

So, what I would probably do is take a continuous improvement theme like "5S" and create a plan/story around one or more of the five. If you later find a factory that you can align with for your project, 5S will work regardless of what product they make. And there are many available books and study aids for 5S. Good luck.
