Suitable Material of Construction

What is the best material of construction for process equipment where Trifluoro acetic acid this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] is used for reactions? What is the erosion rate of Glass in mm/year ? What is the erosion rate of SS 316L in mm/year?

1.2 mm/y on 304/316 stainless. I would guess that that it is not compatible with glass considering the presence of fluoride.
