Seeking machinery for chrome coating finishes
Hi there I am searching for machinery which gives chrome coatings to metal and or plastic. Just need to know where to look for such, and the price range on the equipment.
Thanks.

You may think that's all you need to know, Hansel :-)
Hi. Actually, first you need to know what it is that you actually want to do--hard chrome plating, decorative nickel-chrome plating, vacuum metallizing, or organic coatings to simulate chrome. It is very easy to spend $3-$5 million on a nickel-chrome plating plant for plating on plastic. That's a big investment, so you are probably then looking for "chrome-look paint"? This is spray paint in three layers: a clear or white base coat, followed by a layer of silver nitrate or tiny aluminum flakes, followed by a clear coat to keep the shine from quickly rubbing off. Good luck.
